She has led publication divisions for renowned Brazilian publishers and multinational groups, including Larousse Brazil (France) and Planeta Brazil (Spain), where she played a key role in strategic planning, business unit creation, leadership development, and organizational growth.
In 2011, Soraia founded Estúdio Logos, a consulting studio focused on strategic advisory, editorial intelligence, leadership development, and human behavior, supporting companies and professionals through structured, purpose-driven growth.
She is also an Author, Literary Consultant, Speaker, Advisory Board Member, and a recognized Specialist in Soft Skills and Behavioral Assessment.
Academically, Soraia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, a Postgraduate degree in Sociology (Universidade Cândido Mendes), and specialization in Neuroeducation.
